When his playing days at Marshall University came to an end, Buffalo, N.Y., native Kyle Sniatecki decided to stay in the community he considered his home away from home.

After continuing to live in Huntington and commuting to Charleston every day for work, Sniatecki was presented with an opportunity that allowed him to pursue his passion full time and eventually start Soccer By Sniatecki, LLC.

“It got to the point where I looked forward more to teaching a lesson after work than going to my actual job,” Sniatecki said. “Now, I’m not just a guy that does this after my day job, I am committed every minute to giving back to the game and helping develop the skills and passion of others.”

Sniatecki said he misses playing competitively the game he started when he was 6 years old, but is proud to give back to the game that means so much to him. He said he is also happy to provide a service that helps young soccer players meet their goals, whether they be making the middle school soccer team or more professional ambitions.

Before playing for Marshall, Sniatecki played for multiple clubs in New York, as well as overseas as part of the Olympic Development Program.

Soccer by Sniatecki offers a wide-variety of training, with classes ranging from individual to group sessions. Sniatecki said his goal is to help his students achieve their goals. Anyone seeking more information on training classes can contact Sniatecki at 716-207-0272.
