Our training services are designed to help every athlete improve their performance and enhance their abilities. Every service we offer is personalized to meet the specific needs of each player. Each session has a set intention and follows a comprehensive 4-part structure to prepare, practice, and apply the focused skill, technique, or movement. We break down the four phases of every session below.

4 steps to results the Training Process

Our trainers stay consistent with this flexible process to ensure a positive and effective session every single time. Each session starts with a dynamic warmup to prepare your body and mind for training. Then, we follow these four phases in our training sessions.

 

01.

Movement Activation 

Various drills are designed to improve each player’s balance, agility, and coordination. We look to learn and enhance movements without the ball in this phase.

 

02.

Ball Control Patterns

This phase incorporates the ball to improve technical skills. We use various patterns of movement and repetitive exercises to improve your ball manipulation skills.

 

03.

Passing + Striking 

Players are instructed to blend ball control techniques with passing, receiving, and striking scenarios to enhance form and impact efficiency of your kicks.

 

04.

Game Scenarios 

The specific skills of the session are applied in a competitive in-game situation at the end. Small groups are divided into teams to challenge one another and apply pressure.

Small Group Sessions

  3. Refine decision-making process

Small group sessions provide a competitive environment to actively challenge the potential of every member through individual drills and team-based activities. Group sizes are made up of 2-6 players to ensure that each player receives personalized instruction, direct attention, and valuable feedback. With consistency, these sessions will help players improve their performance and competitive abilities.

Solo Sessions

Ideal for players who want to:

  1. Develop skills

  2. Prepare for team setting

  3. Build confidence

Solo sessions provide an opportunity for players to develop technical skills at their own pace. One-on-one training removes distractions so the player can focus on instruction. These sessions are designed to help players improve specific skills and gain confidence. With consistency, most players will move on to a group session for more competitive training.

Goalkeeper Training

Ideal for goalkeepers who want to:

  1. Improve specific skills
  2. Learn strategies and techniques
  3. Increase speed and agility

Goalkeepers are the only required position in a game– they hold a position that is as essential as it is unique. Each session is designed to help goalies improve their handling ability, footwork, reaction speed, and saves through expert training methods led by our specialized trainers. In addition, Kyle holds a USC Level 3 Goalkeeping Diploma.
